"Super product but the floppy head set design is a bummer" 2009-12-19
By Frank O. Griffin (Houston)
Great product for someone who is tired of being tangled in cables at the gym or wherever. Easy to set up, provided you read the instructions, and starts up easily every time. The BIG downside is the design of the head set. For some unknown reason Sony was convinced that the head set need to fold up. As a consequence, there is a rotating hinge on both (plastic) sides, in addition to the ability to lengthen or shorten each side. The problem with the hinge design is that the head set twists and turns when you try to put it on. For someone with larger ears (like me), it is particularly bad, because it tends to slide off one or both sides as I use it. Much better would have been rigid stainless bands with sliding adjustment and none of this goofy fold-up technology. So if you can buy the Bluetooth with a better headset, do yourself a favor and avoid this particular Sony headset design.

It's durable, easy to use, folds away easily, and it has good quality sound with music and conversation.

In addition, the party on the other end has little problems hearing me.
