First time I set it up with my cellphone they worked great. But then I configured my computer to talk with the headphones as well. Then they stopped working with my cellphone. Tech support could only suggest re-establishing the link with my cellphone. Only after they completed drained the batteries could I get them to work with the cellphone again. After less than a years use the left ear has stopped working. Reception has been hit or miss too. As I would walk with my cellphone in my pocket, the audio would cut out. The only way I could reliably keep it working is by holding my cellphone in my hand as I walked. Finally all I heard from family members was that they make me look goofy or "don't go out in public wearing them"

I had these for about 3 yrs when they finally broke from a fall about waist high. they were good headphones because i could do just about anything and they will not fall off. but the range is not very good. i accidentally dropped these into a cup of juice and after they dried and I cleaned them they worked like new except for the occasional button sticking and turning off.(my fault entirely)
I do not recommend using with the newer Ipod touch the sound is terrible and some may have to turn off the wireless just to listen to music. ( it may have just been my unit but I would buy something like this from a local store to get a refund if it did not work.

I think these are pretty good headphones when compared with an older set of Logitech bluetooth headphones. These ones are much more comfortable for a longer time and don't seem so fragile. I love how there's a built-in microphone for voice. I've used this before with my phone and while people may give you strange looks while talking the person on the phone seemed to hear me just fine.
I think these are also great to use when a cable often gets in the way. I enjoy using these if I'm taking a bike ride. I have an adapter for my ipod which I use with these. My only complaint is if I go to the gym with these on. I can hear music fine if the volume is up, however if I'm watching a show on my iPod then often times I can't hear much of the dialogue. So in those situations I end up using my ear buds. I'd say the sound quality is alright. I'm not an audiophile but I do usually have a good ear for sound quality. The battery life on these seems good and I like how they can charge with a standard mini-usb connection.
I've had 1 problem that's probably worth sharing. Between pairing the headphones for different devices I sometimes had an issue and then it wouldn't pair to anything. So I'd shut them off, plug them into a PC which is powered on. After a few seconds I'd disconnect it and when I tried to pair them up again it would work. I am not sure of the cause and didn't try plugging them into a regular power source to see if that fixes it. So just a warning if any of you come across this problem too. It doesn't happen every time and isn't a deal breaker for me.

Audio Quality is poor, very poor. Even new, It sounded like an old burned out headphone.
too much functionality is packed in those huge buttons at the sides, wich are too sensitive and get a lot of fake presses.
the side lights are ridiculous

The Jabra bt620s is not as good as I'd hoped.
First, the weight is about as heavy as a new, large, tube of toothpaste. that is heavy for headphones.
It has a range of about 5 meters with clarity (as long as you are in the same room), and about 10 meters with choppy static, and drop out.
It's basic controls are simple: Pres the left headset for answering the phone, press the right one for play/pause on your music. You can jump to the next track, and go back with the buttons on the right top.
But, all the controls have about a 1-2 second delay, so don't keep pressing it, thinking it's not doing something.
It was paired very easily with both my Mac, and the HTC-touch I have... but....
I can not use BOTH.
If I am listening to music on my Mac, and I turn on the BLUETOOTH on my phone, the Mac will get disconnected. I have to reconnect while the phone is sleeping.
If I am listening to music from my Mac, and the phone rings, the music will pause.
If I answer the call, the headset will disconnect from the Mac, and the Mac will start using the Build In speakers, and the music will start up again. I can still CONTROL the music from the headset, but the sound will come from the computer.
And if you Connect to the Mac, make sure you select HEADPHONES. If you select HEADSET, it won't work at all when your phone is on. HEADSET allows you to use the Mic on Skype. HEADPHONES is just the music. IT sucks, but you can not have it both ways. :(
The sound for calls is nice and clear. People tell me my voice is also very clear.
The sound as a headphone for music or even podcasts is poor. It sounds like a $10 clock radio you bought at a gas station pressed against your ear. and you still have the 5 meter limit.
It's not bad.
I use it for when I'm cooking in the kitchen, and I don't want to get my computer near the food, and I can easily answer the phone with wet, or food covered, hands because of the big buttons on the sides.
I can NOT wear this "cool" headset around other people. I have a shaved head, and with the blue lights, I look like Lando's Assistant in The Empire Strikes Back.
Worth $30, but not more.
